Initial version available

Three roles to reason.
More perspectives on your decision.

Trinity prepares the review of your technical choices in three steps: propose, critique, synthesize. Turn your goal into a structured brief, ready to use with your AI tool.

For developers and small teams: three complementary instructions, an exportable brief and an explicit review workflow.

Propose. Critique. Synthesize.

A workflow that makes assumptions and disagreements visible, then guides human review.

01 · Proposal

Alpha · The Architect

Frames the goal, states the constraints and prepares an initial approach.

  • Goal and context
  • Explicit assumptions
  • Proposed work plan
02 · Critique

Beta · The Adversary

Reviews the proposal, looks for edge cases and raises objections that can be checked.

  • Limits and counter-examples
  • Missing information
  • Checks to carry out
03 · Synthesis

Gamma · The Synthesizer

Brings the arguments together, preserves uncertainty and proposes next steps.

  • Explained trade-offs
  • Preserved disagreements
  • Decision subject to review
INTERACTIVE WORKSPACE

Prepare your three-role workflow

Choose an example or describe your goal. The workspace prepares three reusable instructions from text templates. Your input stays in this page; AI model responses are not generated here.

Choose an example to get started.

ALPHA · ARCHITECT

The proposal instruction will appear here.

BETA · ADVERSARY

The critique instruction will appear here.

GAMMA · SYNTHESIZER

The synthesis instruction will appear here.

Use the instructions in order, with the actual responses from the preceding steps. The synthesis remains subject to your review.

Towards a Claude-connected workflow

The workspace is available today. The roadmap aims to bring instruction preparation and role execution into one product.

Next step

Claude API

Connect the three roles to the Claude API, pass context between the steps and present the responses with their limitations.

Planned methodology

Quality, cost and latency

Compare the workflow with a single response on documented cases, measure costs and latency, then review errors and disagreements.

Exploration

Tools through MCP

Explore connecting external tools and sources with explicit permissions and human approval of actions.

A project by Julien Piron

A product in active development

Trinity is an independent entrepreneurial project developed by Julien Piron in France. Its initial version lets you frame a goal, prepare three complementary roles and export a working brief.

The project is developing towards an AI orchestration SaaS. Claude API integration is planned to execute the workflow, with evaluation of response quality, cost and latency.
