Privacy policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026 (version 4)
In short
The plugins collect no personal data. Everything they read stays on your computer; nothing is sent to the Developer or to anyone else. They have no account, no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising and no server.
The controller of this policy is Julien Piron ("the Developer"), author of the AI Coding Agents, PC Dashboard and AI Coding Agents + PC plugins. Logitech's own processing (your Logitech account, the Marketplace, Logi Options+) is covered by Logitech's privacy policy, not by this one.
Agents page: what is read, on your computer only
AI Coding Agents, and page 1 of AI Coding Agents + PC. Data is read only to draw the keys and to perform the action of the key you press.
- AI agent sessions: conversation titles, states and timestamps, read from the local files of Claude Desktop and Codex, from Antigravity's sidebar through its local debugging port, and from the states written by the optional hooks (~/.nexus/trinite). Message contents are neither kept nor logged.
- Quotas: the percentages shown by each app (Claude's usage button, Codex logs or a local codex-lb on 127.0.0.1:2455, Antigravity's Settings › Models page).
- Windows: window titles and buttons of these apps, through Windows UI Automation.
- Screen (Screen capture key, only when you press it): one capture of your screen.
- Microphone: the Plugin never records audio. The Dictation key presses the dictation button of the app in front, or starts Windows voice typing.
- Phone (only if an Android phone is reachable over adb, USB or wireless debugging, and while the plugin runs): to show its latest photo on the Phone photo key, the plugin watches its camera and screenshot folders and copies each new photo or screenshot to your PC as soon as it is taken, without a key press. Pressing the key only pastes it.
PC page: what is read, on your computer only
PC Dashboard, and page 2 of AI Coding Agents + PC. Chrome titles and phone notifications are read only while its keys are shown on the keypad. In PC Dashboard, sound, processor and memory are also read once a second while the plugin runs, even with its keys hidden: the Logi service does not tell which page it shows, and a changed image is what wakes up a shown key whose picture had stopped changing.
- Sound: the volume level, the mute state and the current peak level of the default audio output (Windows audio API).
- PC health: the processor and memory load.
- Unread Gmail and Messages counts: the titles of your Google Chrome windows and tabs, to read the number they show in parentheses (for example "Inbox (3)"). Only that number is used; titles are neither kept nor logged. With the optional NexusBrowser extension, the Gmail count it writes to ~/.nexus/nexus-browser/compteurs.json is read too.
- Phone notifications (optional, phone reachable over adb): the number of pending notifications of the Gmail and Google Messages apps, at most once a minute. Their text is neither read, kept nor logged.
- Store and Windows Update (only when you press that key): the button names and status texts of the two update pages, to click their own buttons.
- Screen and inactivity: how long the PC has been idle and the screen-off delay, so the keys stop being drawn when Windows turns the screen off.
- Website key: in PC Dashboard, the address you type for that key in Logi Options+, used only to open that address; in AI Coding Agents + PC, it opens the project's page on GitHub.
- Addresses of Chrome app windows (only when you press a website key without a window title): the address of the page shown in each Google Chrome app window (UI Automation), compared with the key's address to find the window that key opened, and never another one, so a second press brings it back or closes it. These addresses are read at the press, neither kept nor logged.
What is written, on your computer only
- ~/.nexus/trinite (agents page): the last 5 screen captures and the last 5 phone photos with their reduced copies (older ones are deleted), and the hook states if you installed the hooks.
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\NexusKeypad\quota-antigravity.json (agents page): the last Antigravity quota read.
- The Windows clipboard (agents page): Screen capture and Phone photo put the image in the clipboard before pasting it.
- The plugin log of the Logi Plugin Service (TrinitePad.log, PcDashboard.log or AiAgentsPc.log): technical events, which can include conversation titles, file names or the address of the website key. It stays on your computer.
Network
The plugins make no network request, except to 127.0.0.1 (local debugging ports, and codex-lb when you run it), to your phone through adb when one is reachable (wireless debugging uses your local network) and, when you press a key that opens a page, to that page in your browser. No data is sent to the Developer, to Logitech or to any analytics service.
Pasted images and dictated text stay unsent: sending them is your decision, and what the AI apps then do with them is governed by their own privacy policies.
Your data, your control
Everything stays under your control, on your computer. To remove it all: uninstall the plugin from Logi Options+, then delete ~/.nexus/trinite, %LOCALAPPDATA%\NexusKeypad and the plugin log, and, if you installed them, the hooks that call etat.py in ~/.claude/settings.json and the trinite-pad entry of ~/.gemini/config/hooks.json.
Since the Developer receives no data, there is nothing to request, correct or delete on the Developer's side.
Children
The plugins are not directed at children.
