Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. Privacy Commitment

The Debaite platform (developed by Julien Piron on julienpiron.fr) is dedicated to learning and dialectical debate. Protecting your privacy and your personal data is a core principle of the service.

2. How the AI Processes Your Debates

To generate the replies, the topic and the debate exchanges are sent to OpenRouter (OpenRouter, Inc., United States), which has them processed by a free model from one of its providers (for example NVIDIA); if that service does not answer, they are sent to the Z.ai API (Zhipu AI). The topic is also sent to the Wikipedia API (Wikimedia Foundation, United States) to find reference articles. These are transfers outside the European Union, governed by those providers' terms; providers of free models may keep the exchanges and use them to improve their models. Do not enter any personal or sensitive data in a debate topic. Debaite does not keep debate content on its servers beyond the session.

3. Data Collected

4. Contact & Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access and delete your data by writing to: [email protected].
